Guest Designer!

I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by VERY crafty gals and guys ....

Today I am pleased to have my Mother-in-law Maureen as my guest designer!

She is a fabulous knitter/sewer and here is just a sample of some of her great designs!

Above is a Cowl (which is what I like to call a scarf that has no ends!) You just pull it over your head and it sits around you neck! These are super comfy, very warm, and as you can see very pretty! She never makes any 2 the same and that's just a trademark of hers!

She also makes beautiful baby/toddler sweaters with hoods which all have zippers up the back!

This is my favorite of the bunch! It's a zip up the back sweater, hat and matching mittens! She comes up with all of these designs on her own!

This is another one of her zip up the back hood sweaters! She's just got boxes of these that she's made over the years, as my husbands brothers are older and he always said that when he eventually had children she wouldn't be making them anymore .... so she made sure that he couldn't say that!

I was lucky enough to get 3 sets of the cowls and matching mittens and hats this season. The mittens are great because she doesn't put fingers in them, which makes them great for the winter when you want to keep your hands warm but need your fingers handy!
